Der Fahrer meldete sich einen Tag vor der Tour per whattsapp. Kurzfristig zogen wir unsere Startzeit um 1,5 Stunden nach vorne. Es war alles kein Problem. Die Reihenfolge der Anfahrtpunkte konnten wir so gestalten wie wir wollten. Das Auto machte einen guten Eindruck und der Fahrer ist für Vietnam sehr sicher und ruhig gefahren. Auf halber Strecke löste sich von meinem Turnschuh die Sohle. Der Fahrer befragte kurz ein paar Leute und dann besorgte er mir Kleber für die Sohle. Alles kein Problem sagte er. Unser Fahrer Zalo war super witzig und während der Fahrten zu unseren Attraktionen, haben wir sehr viel gelacht. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen. Danke.

I used them twice to various sightseeing places around Ninh Binh . Very reliable service: drivers always on time, cars are confortable. I highly recommend this company. They offer long distance transfer as well.

Our tour guide Tung and driver (cannot remember name/spelling) were so lovely and accommodated us so well. Tung altered our day to suit what was important to us, and organised for a less touristy/crowded boat ride which has been a highlight of our entire vietnam trip. They provided water all day and lots of interesting history/background to Vietnamese culture. Our lovely driver took us back to Hanoi in peak traffic which was very appreciated. Highly recommend this tour.

Tolle Agentur mit super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir hatten zwei verschiedene Fahrer, beide sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Empfehlungen der Fahrer waren super und der Buchungsprozess über die Website der Agentur lief reibungslos. Einfach die gewünschten Ziele/Attraktionen auswählen (Privatfahrer). Mehrfachauswahl möglich. Der Fahrer steht einem während der gesamten Tour zur Verfügung und wartet auf einen. Und das alles zu einem unschlagbaren Preis! Klare Empfehlung für jeden, der entspannt und bequem die schönen Orte und Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region Ninh Binh erkunden möchte.

Wonderful way to see Ninh Binh at your own speed and with the tours you want to see, instead of through a large tour bus dictating times. Our driver arrived on time, he didn't speak English but this wasn't an issue as we were tired and used the drive there and back to nap and we used whats app to communicate when we were ready to be picked up at our stop or to answer any questions we had. He was never more than a couple minutes away. This was exactly the tour you want to see the sights you want in Ninh Binh, which is an area not to be missed. Many other day tours didn't offer everything we wanted to see, Ninh Binh Tourist Center did, plus many more. Thank you for a lovely day tour!

An agency you can trust with great service before the tours and transfer and during the service.We had a great driver called Luang who drove us from Halong Bay to Ninh Binh than to Vinh and than to Hue he was such a good driver with very good English and we had so much fun with him. The Guide we had in Ninh Binh ( I am sooo sorry I forgot his name) was also very great he showed us a lot and teched us a lot about vietnamese history in an interesting why. An agency I can 100% recommend.
