These are the questions travellers ask us most often about booking all their transport with one company. Short answers, no sales talk.

Posso assumere un solo autista per tutto il mio viaggio in Vietnam?

Sì. È esattamente quello che facciamo. Inviateci la vostra itinerario e le date, noi pianifichiamo ogni trasferimento, dal ritiro in aeroporto all’arrivo in aeroporto. Per i viaggi di più giorni solitamente usiamo lo stesso autista; per i trasferimenti singoli tra le città assegniamo il miglior autista per tratta.

Quanto costa un'auto privata con autista in Vietnam?

Short transfers (Hanoi to Ninh Binh) start at 1,200,000 VND per car, about 46 USD. Long mountain legs (to Ha Giang or Sa Pa) run 3,800,000 to 5,100,000 VND. All prices are per car including gas, tolls and parking, published openly in our lista dei prezzi.

Devo pagare in anticipo?

No. Nulla. Prenoti tramite messaggio, noi confermiamo, e paghi il conducente alla fine di ogni corsa, in VND, USD o euro. Questo è insolito in Vietnam e è una scelta deliberata: non dovresti dover trasferire denaro a una società dall’altro lato del mondo.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Please tell us as early as you can, because your driver keeps that time free for you.

Where do you operate?

Our base is Ninh Binh and our specialty is North Vietnam. We drive everywhere between Hanoi, Sa Pa, Ha Giang, Cao Bang, Halong and Ninh Binh. We also do long routes south to Phong Nha, Hue, Hoi An and even Saigon. One rule: every trip starts or ends in Ninh Binh or Hanoi, because that is where our cars are based.

I vostri autisti parlano inglese?

Our drivers speak basic English, enough for the road. They are drivers, not tour guides. For questions, changes or anything complicated, you email our office at contact@ninhbinhtouristcenter.com, where the English is fluent and someone answers every day.

Do you have child seats?

Yes, on request. Tell us the ages of your children when you book and the seats are in the car at pickup.

What cars do you use?

4-seat sedans (up to 3 passengers), 7-seat SUVs (up to 6) and 16-seat vans. All air-conditioned, all maintained. On Ninh Binh to Halong Bay and Ninh Binh to Sa Pa, a luxury limousine van from a partner is also possible.

What is included in the price?

Everything transport-related: the car, the driver, gas, tolls and parking. Not included: your entrance tickets and meals, and the driver’s meals on multi-day trips are covered by us, not you.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight number. Your driver adjusts and waits in arrivals with a name sign. A delay is not a cancellation and costs nothing extra.

Can we change the route during the trip?

Yes. Add a stop, stay an extra night, skip a town: message us and we re-plan. Price changes, if any, are agreed before we drive.

How far ahead should I book?

For single transfers, a few days is usually fine. For full itineraries or holiday periods (Tet, July, August), two to four weeks ahead is safer.
