Water puppet theatre, the train street, ice cream by the lake.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Days 3-4: Mai Chau.<\/strong> About 3.5 hours from Hanoi. A green valley made for cycling with kids: flat, quiet, friendly. About 30 minutes past Mai Chau are the <a href=\"\/de\/in-den-heisen-quellen-gibt-es-einen-warmen-naturlichen-pool-in-der-nahe-von-mai-chau\/\">Bo Am hot springs<\/a>, a warm natural pool that children love.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Days 5-7: Ninh Binh.<\/strong> About 4 hours from Mai Chau. The <a href=\"https:\/\/ninhbinhtouristcenter.com\/de\/tour\/das-beste-von-ninh-binh-in-einer-eintagigen-privaten-tour\/\">boat trip through the caves<\/a> feels like an adventure ride, goats stand on the cliffs, and bikes fit the flat lanes. Visit <a href=\"\/de\/silk-hoa-lu-sehen-sie-wie-seide-in-ninh-binh-hergestellt-wird\/\">Silk Hoa Lu<\/a>, where kids can touch real silkworms, or do a <a href=\"https:\/\/ninhbinhtouristcenter.com\/de\/tour\/vietnamesischer-kochkurs-tam-coc\/\">family cooking class<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Days 8-9: Cat Ba island.<\/strong> About 5 hours from Ninh Binh, with the car ferry.
